With not knowing if what I've experienced is a glitch, bug, or the way nexon wants it, this seems to me to be the correct place to start.
Here's the deal, I put out a troop request of 15 yesterday through chat. Two members sent 6 each and after the cool down I requested again. Well those same two members couldn't send troops. Is this a known problem or is this a game designed way to limit troop donations from a single entity?
Now mind you there are Alliances out there maybe trying to start up, or wish to stay small that have just a few members. If this is a game design then those poor souls must be frustrated recipients. How could they be having say 24 troop space on their ally gates and can only get 12 rifles should there only be 3 members in such an alliance? Just seems to me if my cool down request timer runs it's course and lets me request more troops, why can't I on the other hand send that member more of my troops should they request again to try and fill the allotted spaces? If this is a design then how bout we get more space to send?
