Alliances bank/storehouse

Some members have extra food, extra resources or even gold; it could be a good feature to be able to donate or share a percentage to the alliance bank or a certain member. I know there is the dailey bonus from the dock but its not something players can manage themselves. It would also make alliancess have more importance. I hope you like my idea I'm only level 19 so I spoke from what I saw by playing this far. I don't know if at higher levels alliances have new options or not.

This might not be such a great idea since some of the members might be much stronger and lets say each raid they gain 100k gold and food each. If they do about 10 raids they get 1 mil gold and food each. Now if i were to send that food to a weaker account there would be no point of those weaker accounts ever needing to attack. They could just gain peace treaties and get resources from higher level players.
I think there might be a way to incorporate this idea into the daily bonus but as far as it is now i would not vote to incorporate this.
