Allow “Temporary Leave for Recruitment”

Allow “Leave for Recruitment” to enable players to leave their alliances and visit others WITHOUT losing their rank, lifetime donation history, etc. Anyone - from leaders to allies - should be able to leave and return without loss. Just add a button next to “leave” that says “recruit”
