Amazing customer service!

We are in a war with DNEPR FORCE UA, nr 61 in top 100, Ukraine alliance. And like every other ukrainian alliance they have every stronghold filled up with elephant archers troop cards. It seems they have a personal store selling elephants, located somewhere in Ukraine, cause they never run out of these troop cards. So i asked CS to check them.

Their responce was as always laughable.

And now i have sent them 17 screenshots with 17 strongholds spawning elephant archers. And 3 more to come. The result? Soon we'll see the said alliance on first position in top. LOL

Its because they don't have system solutions for cheaters but still work manually. They don't have programs for scanning players accounts for detecting all types of anomalys or using 3rd apps in game.
Cheaters are always one step in front of developers, and even if you rapport cheater, they do nothing because "war replays aren't always 100% accurate" - that is the saddest thing by far...

So it is normal (no anomaly whatsoever) to have in inventory 100 elephant archer troop cards for every war, as long as they come in two units. )

Is it so far-fetched to believe there are whales that will just throw money at Nexon for even a slight advantage in a game? Players do this, you know.
Besides, they don't need to do this for every war, just the tougher ones.

No, what's weird is that all ukrainean alliances we faced were the same. They all have strongholds filled with elephant archers. We faced alliances from everywhere and we've seen elephant archers before, on some bases, but Ukraine... well they have them on all bases. They never run out of elephants, even though i haven't seen them on sale for a long time.

all Top alliances got stronghold protection. because its the only way to have chance to be in Top. Enemy on war stronger and stronger in Top. Why elephants? Because they very strong and got lot hp. and its difficult to kill them with airplaines. its not kind of a cheat its just tested in war that they are best in deffense

Elephants: some guys say there was a glitch / bug allowing unlimited elephants. Is it right?

I think we have discovered as a lower alliance matching top alliances often... they often fill their strongholds packed to the rafters with pretty elephants.. so not just tougher ones

This privacy rule is killing us ! they don't reveal it due to they do nothing about !
When you don't reveal cheaters means you confirm them... means you encourage others to do the same... means there is a benefit ... whats the benefit ? from selling hack apps ?

There are solutions for cleaning the game from the cheaters :
1. change this ridiculous rule that for take a serious action against someone needs several reports ! you should trust every report and really take time and look into every those accounts that has been reported and right after the cheat has been proven, take action immediately and ban their accounts permanently !
2. don't fear about to ban cheaters permanently ! distrust causes to lose more players and prevent to spend money by them , while justice causes to people can spend their money with full confidence !
3. make a list of cheaters that their accounts have been banned and update it every day ! then we can trust that you really take action against cheaters !
4. automatically detect some ways of cheating by using easy patterns ! for exp: it can't be accidental when someone has unlimited workers! it is very easy to catch these cheaters by using easy cods ! how you can not do this by checking all accounts and ban those who have (for exp) more than 25 workers/11 houses ?
4. identify all of the hack apps and ways of cheating ! And then automatically prevent those who use these apps from opening the game ! it can not be hard ! give back an cheater account instead of revealing its way of cheating by it !! then by cooperation with Google and Apple identify hack apps in players devices and then prevent those who have them from opening the game !

Are you really serious about cheaters ? then do these ! if don't means there is a benefit by them for your company !

Did it occur to you that if Nexon reveal what they're doing to detect cheaters that the cheaters might develop a way to counteract this?

I didn't say they reveal ways/apps of cheating ! I said reveal cheaters !
And I suggested due to seems they have not any plan for cheaters yet!
there are many easy ways to catch most of the cheaters!

Let’s give CS some credit on the oil/vault issue. They fixed it quickly and gave us 4,000 oil for our troubles.

However, they are not so quick on fixing saladin. Or at least to answer our questions. Refunding our tens of thousands crowns spent to research saladin is already sience fiction!
