I haven't seen any yet, but my alliance is 1 war away from reaching level 11. I'm wondering whether we could be the first

We did it! Bad Rabbits 0SH is now level 11! Now on to Level 12 10,775 AXP need.

We just finished our first tough war since we got level 11 perks, and it made a difference. Our opponent filled all strongholds to the max, and formed 3 defensive coalitions on 5 of their top 20 bases. All our players went with 2 or 3 offensive coalitions. Our coalition troops were very often the last men standing in our attacks. Love the new perk!

There are over 40 level 11 alliances now, and we have fought quite a few of them. We only do 40v40 wars, as must most of the level 11 alliances. Just saying...

That's a huge point there. Some alliances bring the smallest war size to get easier ones, I suppose?
