attacked by atomic player with 219 troops space. how possible?

his troops was 5 fighters, but along with 13 field howitzers, 51 veteran smh, 3 apc, 2 supply convoy and 1 people's rifleman. he was a level 219 atomic, german nation.

Probably the donation bug, I currently have 6 howitzers and 12 riflemen in my TC.

I have 200 Roman (170)with the Alliance gate plus perk(30). I have 5 planes finishing Amelia Airhart will get you that. There’s a glitch sometimes that’ll let you get more alliance troops if your bases attacked and you only lose part of the troops in your town center. Don’t know why it happens.
