He passed through our ally today. We were alerted to this post and reached out to the OP for more details. Meanwhile we received another warning about him from a former member who is currently inactive. While awaiting a response he filled War requests with low level troops and the wrong troops. We called him out on it and he left. Seems unstable but he is not our problem anymore. Just sharing our experience with the community.
