Barrage needs rebalancing

Barrage is a good war tactic against defenders, but I think that it needs some rebalancing, as it is useless against defenders who will become stronger.

for demolition the time for the fuse to actual event can be changed to dps. so 6000 dps for about 3 seconds. or increase the damage more and buildings affected by demo operate at supressed rates and if demo completely destroys a building then it does splash damage to other builfings

sp theor normal value as dps and each takes 3 seconds. that would fix their weakness and i agree barrage needs a penalty on buildings.

I agree that damage should be increased, except for damage to resource buildings and town centers.
