Before I contact customer service, a question about in-game chat.

I'm a refugee from Siegefail, very new to Dom. So pardon a noob question that might have been addressed many times. The in-game chat's new message counter seems to be incorrect. My own posts show up as counting to a new message, and sometimes my mate's messages add to the counter. Other times the counter doesn't indicate the new messages. Known issue? Long overdue for a fix? Or a lack of understanding by this noob? Thanks.

Two updates ago they broke the chat. The last update didn't really fix it. I hope it's a known issue.

Damn it, that's not good news. A broken chat facility is one of the major complaints I had with Siegefall. I really, REALLY don't need that in another game. Seriously, CoC has perfected the chat - others can surely learn from them?

It has been known for a long time. True other games are quick to fix issues but not for this so called game.

chat system here sux long time ago, was fixed concerning chat disappearance and arrangement but broken since world war update, but the freeze,lag,crashes given by chat menu never been fixed till this moment

So what's the plan? Do we just log call after call until they react?

No they prioritize their reasoning of what is important and what deserves attention.

Why this has been happening over year every update and other one has message they have a fix for chat issues.

99.9% its not going work or the brain fart ideas to change what was working for graphic improvements or more realistic troop behaviors.

Add 6-15 more bugs/glitches or interfer with an attempt fix something; even better they create even worse glitches and have no clue or idea how fix.

Since they stopped server maintaince to do cross platform improvements; they have more device updates releasing different times and with same fixes or different then other devices.

Creating different levels of improvement with same programs operating diffetently in multi player communities.

Shutting down for maintance to keep everyone on dame page with fair balanced play for all.

Would cause a stall in income from those willing to still pay to play with less focus on decreasing the bugs.

Players now observing less being addressed of fixed in a realistic time frame not 2-3 months down road.

I agree, it's beyond ridiculous at this point. Alliances are worthless-- no one's troop requests show up at all. Occasionally, you will see them if you open the chat and wait several seconds, and then they show (old ones that were made weeks ago, because everyone has just given up trying) -- but most of the time it's just blank. I haven't gotten troops donated in over a month. And sure as hell haven't participated in the new alliance wars, since no one can communicate.
