Best nation for 2017

Based on everyone else looks like I will be going over to the british side when they offer a discounted faction change event.

My vote is for French and British. That being said, I tell my people not to even think about revolting until they are well into Gunpowder Age and have figured out their own strengths/weaknesses and then choose a nation to help compensate for their weakness.

I'm a very active industrial level 154. Been Romans since the beginning but considering a change. Torn between French and German. I do like using tanks. Everyone goes for British but nobody is French in our alliance. I like the sound of the faster training times.

French is a great choice. Add a training blessing and the retrain times are awesome. Complete attack army in 5 minutes And the tanks are good too. In an alliance, tanks and artillery are the most useful donations, so you will be quite popular.

all good JNation... I love French for the retrain time and alliance gate space... My other account is Korean.. archers are good but nothing outstanding. Once I catch up to the crowd at the top I would like to try British out.

How do you make out with French in wars? I've just switched to French myself. Looking at various combos for war.

i'm french (now) AA i use 15 tanks and i do great.
in MP i use 12 tanks 18 infantry 1 howizer 2 bazookas
the planes really help.

it's not the most common strategy, but i find it very strong.

You reckon Brits are the ultimate for war and helping your alliance? I'm new to French myself and am a little disappointed in the tanks thus far but as you say the training time with the blessing is amazing. I will see in our next war how I do with my 140 space indie guys. Most folk in our alliance advise British in the long run....

Our alliance which is very much cold war and atomic now is mostly german followed by brits. I am currently German a year later and still haven't tried the brits!!! Still want to though. Keeping my crowns for when I finally reach CWA though
