No, it's not perfect. But it is vastly improved and there are some truly positive signs! For instance, banned cheaters whining here on the forums! What's not to like? Moderators working on the weekend! Thank you SlothDetective! Also the moderators have offered to take some of our issues to the Developers and bring answers back! Anybody else notice positive changes?

it's slightly better than before (nothing at all) but it still need lots and lots of work.

They are responsive yes. And this is good. I just hope it's not because there is less complaints now, because fewer players left.

I would guess they had a good release. Made money. Used money to buy more staff, customer service services

The in-game customer support system has greatly improved. A fast and good response. My only concern is that some of the outcomes could be better. I lodged two reports about an obvious cheater sitting on level 175...5 days later they are still playing this game. Things are improving though...that's certainly true. It's a move in the right direction.
