We are in the middle of the wildlife event. I have yet to see an increase. It actually appears to be worse.
Last night I encountered numerous players who in the 30's and 40's who were in the Enlightenment Age.
I have yet to see the Balance Update changes take effect.
To top it off, I had some issues last week with my town being exploited when attacked. The ticket was closed as resolved with no explanation and it obviously was not fixed.
