Campaign for More Reward Options in Daily Dock and Victory Chest

I'm not sure it's a real pattern, but it seems to me that I often get 2 of the same reward "category", so it's not truly random. Does anyone else have the same feeling? I will start recording what I am offered to determine whether this is real. If anyone else wants to collect and share data I will include it in my analysis. If anyone is good at stats, I'd welcome suggestion of how to crunch the numbers.
