For a week now I have been unable to start a new war.
i have reported this to the in game support; but they’re just terrible, after telling me that there isn’t an issue (there is), they have stopped replying to me asking for a “broad understanding”, without even saying they understand the issue.
Ive not been given an ETA and people are starting to leave my alliance (only the good players). I could start a new alliance, if I had been given any sort of feedback at all.
The in game support is just abhorrent, I have seen politicians be able to answer questions with more relevance. I have come here in hope that I’ll get a straight reply.
