Can we get a lock on museum artifacts please?

‘I have the exact same artifacts and since the name of the artifacts do not matter since the 5 buffs/debuffs are random each time it makes it difficult to safely delete the artifacts. I could have a sword of same name and they are not exact duplicates. I also checked and compared same sword of same name against different colors and same color. They are all different so I cannot sell multiple items at a time cuz I might sell the artifact with the good numbers (like 11%) rather than the artifact with same name and exact same color but has all 5 with 1% and since random, probably something I don’t need atm.

It would also help if we could have a comparison of current showed artifact vs artifact in storage.

Most players are not keeping artifacts that have the 6% and 11% stats in the 4th or 5th row unless they got lucky with a 11% and 6% of same stat and it’s something they would use but can’t until they have the goods to level up.

Adding an option to sort by category when selling would help too.

Easy solution is to not use the sell button and just click on each one and sell it that way. Then you can see what each ones ability is.

You can't directly sell one that is displayed (active).

The artifact order doesn't change when you go to sell mode. So if there is just one or two you don't want to sell, you should be able to verify where they are first.

It is easy to see what level the artifact is from any screen. So spend a few blueprints to level the good one up once. If it really is good enough to worry about accidentally selling, you want to do this anyway.

Presumably the best ones you have will be active, and there will only be a few that are worth keeping but not active all the time. Mark those ones by leveling up, and you are all set.

Manifesto im guessing you want to disagree ;)
Believe it or not I'm over making comments about things like this.
This mentality of ''l want things made easy for me because l can't be bothered thinking for myself'' is depressing. There are always altenatives to any situation, as yemen clearly pointed out, very easy workarounds that people just don't think about first.

I agree. That’s why I don’t use the sell button and just click on each one cause you can sell it when you are viewing the artifact itself. Such an easy solution.

I don’t care what you sour grapes think/want.lol. Most of my teammates have 100 artifacts and of course we can sell one at a time, that’s easy to do and what most of us currently do because there is no other option atm. At first we added blueprints to good items so we didn’t sell them by accident (as it left a marker or change to the item ) but that gets old as you are wasting blueprints.

Having a lock symbol speeds the process up of what you think you need to keep and what can be sold especially with identical names/colors/shapes are involved. Once I view an item, I tap on the lock symbol to keep (and more importantly do not need to read again unless out of storage) or I leave the lock symbol open to either compare against another artifact or sell outright.

‘’Just because you guys with 20 artifacts do not want a lock doesn’t mean the rest of us agree with you. I game with professional gamers every day and most major games/apps have added a lock when you have to deal with multiple items with multiple descriptions that may or may not have real money involved for crafting/upgrading. In the long run it saves them money as they do not have to deal with so many support requests. I know these guys will not refund even when they are proven wrong so then you report to Apple/Google for refunds and they will force a change just like they did with the apps not reporting the % of chance when opening chests.

To to be honest, I don’t need a true lock system. If a small circle or square was added in the corner of the picture of each artifact that I could tap so it either filled in or was blank so we had a way of knowing which was which when they completely look the same, I would be ok with that but a lock adds one more step of safety and is EFFICIENT.

I assume the naysayers are Cold War Age. The Cold War Age players who play daily or hourly may not want this cuz it’s fresh in their minds if they are constantly checking in to the museum but the gunpowder Age to Global Age players who aren’t as hardcore will enjoy having a lock system as they might want to hold onto an artifact for later. Of course I’m still referring to 100storage and not 20 storage. At 20 storage, a lock isn’t needed.

Im not going to go back and forth with negative players. If you don’t like it, then don’t use it when and if it gets added.

Lol sour grapes do make wine. Just think if they add a lock there will be some bug that when you lock it it will disappear.
Whats the difference between a “professional” gamer and a “hardcore” gamer? From my experience the professionals are the hardcore gamers.
Isn’t there a saying that goes along with assuming? I’m global and have 100 storage capacity and couldn’t care less about a lock cause there’s a lot more important things that should be added

Sorry, I don’t get it. Most of your teammates have 100 artifacts? Why? First, you have to pay 250 crowns to each new 5 spots. And I don’t understand the advantage of keeping so much. I keep only a few good artifacts. 9 at the moment. And got things like 30% extra oil looting. Not criticizing, just trying to understand if I am wrong.

Krieg great question ... if you sell back the junk as you craft it, you can easily manage the few remaining and recycle the fragments into new junk as well. Are we missing some strategy where it’s best to keep 100?

Thank you Krieg for voicing my unvoiced question.
Personally I'm keeping 8 at the moment as these are the best ones I've found for my needs/wants. If something better comes along I'll sell the one(s) that are obsolete.
I might be tempted to keep a few more if they're really worthwhile for later but 100? Who wants that management nightmare?
