Cannot claim the leaderboard rewards

Hi. My game ID is 34747455, and I'm having an issue with claiming the leaderboard rewards for the current event. The rewards I should get are Diamond Mine and Da Vinci's Machine Gun, and I don't see them appear anywhere in the game even though I pressed the claim button. Please look into this and solve the issue. Thank you.
