Cannot start another search for a new war

Just wondering if anyone else was able to start another world war after they finished their first one. We try starting the search but it keeps saying "Could not begin searching for new world war. Please try again later.

Just wondering if it is just us getting this message or if there is a cool down period where you cannot start another war.

If anyone could shed some light in this as we are ready to start a new one.

It's the same for our alliance too. I contacted customer support and they suggested clearing data and cache, uninstall, make sure there is 500mb of free space on your device, and then reinstall. We tried that and it didn't work. We're thinking it's either not everyone collected loot, or because it shows what oil was looted but no way of collecting it from the command post.

We have the Same Problem. Me and my coleader. Cs suggested the Same Strange work around. I don't think it will work. Because my iPad is new.

Our Alliance is also having this issue. Nexon has listed it as a known bug, but they don't seem to know what is going on yet and suggested sending a screenshot to customer service. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as our first war was tons of fun!

Same issue here. Also contacted customer service but their workaround does not solve the problem. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Hi,


I had the same issue, not being able to start another war but i think i found a workaround that is not ideal:
My last war was 15 vs 15 but another war could not be started.

After submitting this issue to customer support i received the following message:

"-Delete the game completely including the cache/data from your device
-Free 500mb storage space on your device (make sure you have more than 500mb of storage space)
-Reinstall DomiNations from the App Store
-Make sure your device is connected to a reliable wi-fi connection."

After doing that the issue was still present but when i tried to start a 10 vs 10 war, the search started.
Now i started a 10 vs 10 war, i hope that 15 vs 15 or maybe 20 vs 20 until the war ends, will work afterwords.

My alliance war history is the following:

10 vs 10 war, 15 vs 15 war then this issue occurred and only the 10 vs 10 worked.

I'm not sure if the indications from customer support helped with the 10 vs 10 war search but let me know if it works for you too :)

So, try to start a war that has a different number of players than the previous war, in my case a war with 10 players instead of 15.

I ask you this because in my case this worked. A different combination worked for me after clearing data/cache, uninstall and install.

Tried your method but sadly didn't work for me. I contacted customer support again, hopefully they resolve this soon.

You need to get on their facebook and twitter if you want these things handled in priority. Their CS is the solely responsible for at a minimum of 1/2 the player loss in this game. I'm not sure if they are aware of this, but I know Nb4powerup does the very best he can.

If you get a trash response, take a screen shot, put it up here, put it on twitter, put it on their facebook page.
