Cant enter game!

Hello! I play Dominations since 2018 year and now i cant enter the game because of mistake! I play from the same phone that play before, nothing change! Day ago I wrote to support about 1 problem: I couldnt exchange the nation of my civilization from french to germans, i have mistake always i can try to change it, now u help me such i cant enter my account. I like Dominations very much help me to enter my account and exchange nation, thanks!

@grenuy2018 should atleast get 2000crowns for his troubles….or at minimum 3-1Day speed up for every day he can’t play!!!!

Thanks for support) I just believe that they help me to decide problem, but i think they dont read that i wrote and answer automatically. 3 days i wrote to support requests, they answer look:
