Can't Get New Members

I have been a leader of a very active clan for months now. Every week we kick members that are inactive and open the clan for new members. Usually, when I drop our medal requirement to 200 and set the alliance to "open" we get a flood of new members. We currently have 39 members with our alliance set to 0 medals and are on "open." It has been over 30 minutes and not a single person has joined. I have spoken to some leaders on Facebook and they are having the same issue. I was wondering if any leaders on the forums where having the same issues in hopes that the developers of DomiNations would see this and resolve the issue faster. Please comment if this is happening to you too.

I noticed the same thing. Before, people would join even without dropping the req, but now it's different. That's happening in both of our alliances.

One of our members left to see what happens when he searched. he said every alliance he saw only had one member

The main issue is that no one can join anymore. I had a member leave our alliance and do a search for alliances and alliances with the word "active" in the alliance name. All he saw were alliances made up of one person. This is why we can no longer recruit players. EVERYONE needs to report this issue to Nexon and BHG or we are never going to get new members or find new alliances!

I contacted customer support through the game and whined here. This issue did get resolved for me. Thank you for informing me how to submit a ticket if i have any future issues!
