I'd like to see the use rates for armored cars. Spending oil on something that is supposed to be raiding oil is not likely to be seen as a good investment by many players. I for one have never seen one used against me, nor have I ever used it (except the free ones from gifts).

Instead of a discount for the forests, you should reduce the deforestation time ... my next forest needs over 17 days and I really don't care about the 6 million gold it costs.
