Changing Alliance Name

Before the update, I remembered that you can't change your alliance name, until we encountered the same war opponent, Lords of War. We beat them before when their name was Lord of War. Then I go to my alliance page in game under the update alliance tab, and confirmed that you can change your name now. Looks like it is unlimited changes.

In any case, we beat them before and on our way to beat them again, but I see that they changed their alliance to Drunken Skunk with a new alliance logo.

I think it's stupid that this feature is allowed in the middle of war. Alliance like this is ruining War sportsmanship by using this cheap trick to protect their "war record" because by the end of war when we take screenshot of our victory, we can't claim the victory against "Lords of War". They will then change it back after the war is over.

Please limit how many times alliance can change their names especially during war and implement war ranking.Seraphine Ironangel

Then with 12 hours left in war, they're losing, they changed their alliance name.

I changed my alliance name last summer. It's probably unlimited. But I'm quite happy with the alliance name as is.

Why exactly is this an issue? Who cares if they change their name, I'm pretty sure their alliance record does not reset everytime they change their name. Is this just for manual tracking of alliance war results?

No idea where you got the idea that alliance names are not changeable. I know of one alliance that has changed names over 4 times.

We don't have an official war record right now, Nexon needs to put it in. So yes, manual war record keeping for us.

Yeh from me playing COC before and now Clash Royale both games don't allow alliance name change, so I thought Dominations would the be same. I never intend to change my alliance name, so maybe that's why I never pay attention to the ability to change alliance name.
