Chat New Message Notification Glitch

I am not sure whether this is a glitch or a bug or whatever you call it but i think it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. I noticed that when i log into the game and i see the notifications for a new chat message i immediately check it. Everything is fine and the chat goes normally and i receive a few more chats. When i close the chat screen i see notifications of the chat i received while i was chatting. In the beginning it might not be annoying but it gets to that point very quickly especially for me since i have to look at the chats a lot to see if someone requested troops or needs any advice in my alliance. This needs to be fixed please

I am not sure how to upload pictures explaining this problem because this would be better shown with a video rather then pictures. Anyway i have detailed already how to replicate the problem so it should be fine without pictures. Thank you

Yes, this is rather annoying.

Also, it mis-reads the amount of messages that were actually sent.

For example:

It said there were 70 new messages however, I could see the messages that I sent the night before, there was only about 10 new messages. Not 70.

-> I don't know if these include requesting for troops as well though <-

Fake chat notifications

Sometimes chat come up with a number of unread messages but I already read them.

I think it comes up with "1" when you post a message then leave the chat - maybe that's it? (that's a bug right there)
