Cheater alliance in WW

Hi,

we are facing an alliance with 3 space age around level 300, they are doing sandbagging, and, in our case, not. Our team is 1 CW 237, 8 AA between 221-176, and 1 global.

We are doing pretty well cos with the atomics we have been able to take 3 stars from the SA, but, when they attack, besides the level, they are doing cheats, first, use 2 wonders SA advantages and, second, in 2 cases, they haven't got 5 stars, and in the WW resume, they got 5.

Twice I reported to CS without any solution for them.

Don't know what to do...

What do you mean with „usw. 2 wonders SA advantages“.

That replays are often crab is well known.

Sorry, realize later they used just 1 wonder, but the point I'd like to said is they failed in 2 differents attacks with 2 differents players (curiousily, those SA with maxed generals) and got 5 stars instead 2 or 3 (sometimes happens, yes, but 2 of 2 too much coincidence).

By the way, it's so weird if u being a rival 100 level + with maxed generals and troops (including factories ones) fail to get 5...

My main concern is that tried to contact CS to have a look on it and didn't get a clear answer. When I report to MP don't care about later actions, in WW yes cos we invest time preparing the war, spend mercs, cards troops, etc.

And just to be clear, the attacks replay didn't finish sunddely and the rival had troops to keep attacking, they lost all their troops at that moment (including Hannibal General lev 70...)

The war is almost finishing (less than 3 hours) , if anyone wants to have a look, are invited to come and check it by themselves.

Said that, maybe I'm wrong and all the bugs in this WW are against us, in that case, I'm a stupid and say sorry to the other alliance (I just brought this case to the forum due to the lack of response from Nexom CS).

Usually takes 1x24 hour (minimum) to review ingame violation. CS don't penalize players. It has to be done by the game team and it's weekend holiday
