Cheater did get rolled back

So in our current war vs a top 100 alliance, one of the bases had an IA library but had command chapter 3 showing - 3 generals on defense. I reported it and the base was rolled back 10 levels and had 2 generals showing on war day. Something also happened to a much higher base - got rolled back 40 levels.

I just wanted to let folks know that BHG did well on this one. We don't get the feedback from CS on what gets done and I had little expectation on this one even though it had to be wrong. Way to go CS. Not often I can say that.

Yes, that 3generals dude is obvious cheater(must be carried away while using hacks) so they probably checked other players as well... they should punish whole alliance reducing 1 level to alliance experience...
and they should ban his ip address if possible, so he couldn't install this game ever again. Its obvious he is non profitable cheater, so useless for Nexon.

my thoughts on roll backs vs bans, is that they can see the active player base and unique players, and those numbers arent that great. So instead of banning they roll back so they still have players in the game.

i dont disagree with you, im just stating why i think it happens the way they are doing it.

At the very least cheaters should be rolled back and then banned for a few days.
And maybe get a penalty of 5million food and gold plus 5k oil as well.

Better yet, use these players as monetization strategy, have them buy their accounts back after the ban, with a starting price of $1 and doubling with each age.

These rollbacks should be at least 1/4 of their total level gained in terms of defenses/offenses/economic upgraded and a 1 month ban. Then on a second time, permanent ban.

Based on the lack of attacking in the war from these I suspect a ban hammer might have been dropped too.

Thanks for sharing. It's good to know they do take action against cheaters. I don't understand why they maintain secrecy on this issue. It seems a little visibility would go a long way with players.
