Perhaps these can be forwarded on directly by the mods? Europeos, if you can't find customer service, try tapping on one of the Frequently asked questions and when it asks you if they have answered your question tap no...that should bring up customer support.

Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible for me to grab the player IDs from asian characters. We've enabled logging for the error that's thrown when people have too many buildings upgrading, though, and I ban those daily. I did find a few here, so I banned anyone I could find that wasn't already banned.
