This guy (lost3535) attacked me with 5 demolition tactics placed randomly, and ended up getting 3 stars and resources from me. That's impossible considering 1 tactic cant destroy the TC. The replay showed I was supposed to win and barely any resources were lost, but the battle report said I lost more than my replay. I reported this to CS. BHG & Nexon, why aren't you banning these cheaters??!! I'm so frustrated with Nexon and BGH.

I have sent them dozens of screen shots of obvious cheaters over the past moths. After months of the same old replies there is only one conclusion to be drawn from my experience with Nexon.

Nexon has no intention of resolving the cheater problem.
Nexon puts no priority towards addressing the major bugs they have introduced into the game.
Nexon does not care about it's paying customers.
Nexon only cares about one thing...doing or saying whatever it takes so they can sell crowns.

They must not like me, because they've never given me any crowns. I've reported multiple cheaters attacking me and that I have attacked, but I've never been given any compensation. Just the standard "thanks for reporting" BS.

Nathan, there is no need to be rude but being polite dose not help either. I was polite with Nexon for months, just like I try to be with everyone in the hopes that they would do something about the major bugs and I also received 300 crowns.

First off, 300 crows is nothing in this game compared to the thousands of crowns the bugs and cheaters deny us daily. Those 300 crowns that nexon dishes out randomly every now and then to the loudest complainers is just there way of trying to quiet the backlash that they face because of the way they do business. That 300 was like a one time payoff in the hopes to shut you up or at least calm you down for a while so they can continue doing what they do, ignore the problem.

Unfortunately for nexon all of there efforts to first deny any problem, then ignore any problem, then tell us to be patient while they ignore the problem is coming back to slap them in the face.

Polite is nice but that will only get us so far. There comes a time when we have to stop asking and begging for solutions and start demanding them and for me that time is now. Remember that although Nexon loves to ignore us and treat us like beta testers, we are paying customers and should be treated with respect and appreciation.

If having reported and being polite but still nothing is done .. What to do? Well there is a further line. This game involves folks spending real money and then finding out that the maker will not take effective action against cheats thus depriving honest players. You can complain to the App Store about what is happening. They can refund purchases made and maybe look into the company. I know Apple takes the matter seriously and gives refunds.

300 crowns? it is a joke to me. Is my purpose to get the 300 crowns? I feel it is insulting. I do not intend to get compensation, I want FAIR PLAY!!!!
after complaining two times the five star cheat and get 600 crowns, I already mute myself for all the following another two same cheating attack. I do not even bother to waste my time to write to CS anymore. I am wondering when I will be totally give up.
The day when I feel nothing about cheating, I will quit. I do not see it is a long time if the current situation is not improved.

Haha you are probably right but those are not players, those are cheaters
