We have caught cheaters two wars in row now and after we provided BLATANT proof, The admins decided to blame their mistake on the replay. We finally have the ability to catch cheaters in war via replays (which is a good thing), but these admins refuse to do anything about it. They requested screenshots, which were provided. The replays show our opponents not getting 100% 5 star wins, but they were 95%, and 97% but were still awarded 100% 5 star victories. Here is one of the screen shots of what they requested. The first one shows 0 seconds left on the clock at 97%, the second shows he was still awarded a 100% victory. And thats not the only person from the opposition that got away with this. Again, the admins response was... It's because of the replay..

I've seen this happen many times in friendly challenge replays and war replays where the replay doesn't match what actually happened. And if you look at the war result screen, it says 3 minutes 10 seconds, meaning he still had 20 seconds left (and seemingly plenty of troops left). I don't see any proof of cheating here, just the usual replay bugs.

Getting an explanation like that might help. Whose to say the timer is not off in the result screen. The proof showing 0 time left, and several things left to destroy is the issue. Being told. Uhh sorry its our replays is blatant crap from admins. Every issue I have raised shows they do not give a crap about anything other than the check clearing.

The count down will always show 0 sec left considering the actually time of battle is 3 min 10 sec the timer on the replay will start at 3min 10sec and count down to 0. Dont trust replays though. It is honestly the games best guess on what happened, its more like a simulation of the battle based off of some bits of info not the actual battle itself. Ironically i find the replays seem to be accurate for my own battle when i watch them but when someone else in my alliance watches it its not.. often times its close though.

I would prefer if the timer on the replay would be the same as in the real battle, ie start at 3:30 no matter how long the battle took. Avoids confusions like this. Also helps to know how close attacker was to get quick victory.

yea CS are right, replays are not 100% accurate all the time, if the result is close to the real result it's acceptable
replays are helpful in catching cheaters with abnormal troop/tactic space only but the battle events can change in replays due to unexpected AI behaviour

A replay is kind of like you doing the battle all over again, it knows where you placed troops and rallied, but the actual troop movements can vary slightly. Use the replay only as a tool to see how people are attacking you, not for accuracy of the replay.

not a cheat. its a replay issue and you should be ashamed of yourself for publicly accusing a player of cheating when it is a clear cut known replay issue.

mods please close this thread

What you have posted is total annihilation from opposite side ,and you blame that all of them are cheaters ,I didn't saw anything wrong in your screenshots so you basically posted some screens how weak your alliance is ,and expect what ? To blame that CS doing nothing (you might be right on this) Replays are not a 100% accurate ,and there is still problems if you are using IOS and watch the replay on Android and vise versa.

I noticed in the friendly challenges that replays of attacks made on IOS devices are not accurately translated on android devices and viceversa.
