Command post lvl 13

The command post won’t upgrade to lvl 13. I tried crowning it and it took my crowns and resources but stayed lvl 12.

I know others have upgraded to lvl 13 but it won’t let me. I know other players have been having the same issue also.

Tried reaching out to customer support. No answer yet.

Command post suffers from more than one bug....
Note that my level 11 command post shows spearhead bundeswehr... although my houses report differently.
Level 12 command post shows Spearhead bundeswehr as well.
And Level 13 is not possible to level to.
Level 9 was the max. You said we are getting 4 more levels. So 13 should be the new max now for drone age.

I’ve been arguing with customer support for over a week because I crowned it to lvl 13 and it stayed lvl 12. They’re clueless. They keep saying I crowned it to lvl 12. They are wrong about how much food & how many crowns also. They clearly don’t have logs or they don’t care to actually look. Sadly, the players have a better understanding of the game than the developers.

I was hoping to find your CS Ticket but you haven't added your Player ID to your forum account profile. If you could add that, and also DM me your ID I can take a look to see what progress they're at in helping out with your issue.

This is a general issue affecting all the players. Not Darius or me specifically. It's a bug

I will know in 8-9 days myself if you can get to L13 Command Post without crowning. I have a L12 and it is upgrading so L13 should be possible.
