Crash after update v2015-2-2

Game crashing on startup

Hello support, My DomiNations game crashed randomly (it does that quite a lot) however for some reason I cannot restart the app anymore.
When I press the app it shows the Nexon logo, and then crashes every time. I have restarted my phone and closed all apps. I even re installed DomiNations! to no avail.

Also just out of curiosity has anyone looked at my "Change nationality" feature request?

Thanks. Is there any additional troubleshooting I can provide? The only other info I left out is that I do get attack notifications still, so it seems that at least a part of my account (at least the local copy) is working.

I have the same problems.
havent played after the update on my galaxy tab 4.
it keeps crashing after the big huge game logo or it loads about two seconds
after re-installing I have the same problems.

It runs fine on my phone (galaxy s4 mini)
With the same google+ acount

Agreed. If we only have one staff member checking in once a week this bug is never getting fixed. This isn't just a slight annoyance, we have no way of playing at all. If this game was developed by a single developer who isn't charging people money for an alpha release I'd be happy with the time frame. However, this is far from what's going on here. If there's nothing proactive we can do to get this sorted or a credible update next a staff member checks in, I'd very much like to know how I can get my money refunded considering I'm not able to use that investment.

I also have some people in my alliance experiencing the same problems on iPads and iPhones...the game crashing on loading. Our group leader is completely off-line. Time and money has been invested by many players, and the set up of the game certainly encourages the ongoing purchase of crowns. I would now be very careful to invest any further money in this game, if your game account can randomly become corrupt in this way...and Nexon have no fix for the issue, and no timeframe on a fix. If you buy an iPad and it stops working after a couple of weeks, you would get a full refund. It should be the same for a faulty game like this.

Hey all -- I've already forwarded all of the information that's been initially provided about this issue to the game team. However, because players are using an assortment of different devices with different operating systems and possibly even third party software, it makes identifying the cause of the issue that much more complicated. I can assure you that if a solution had been identified, it would have already been released. Thanks for your patience while the game team continues to figure out this predicament.

im not getting this its been a year that dominatons has been crashing an you guys have done nothing about. this is complete crap. seems you guys are just for the money an dont care about the ones giving you the money fix it asap
