I sent a support ticket last night about an upgrade that didn't go through. I got a notification of a response, clicked the notice which opened the support center in game. After that, I cannot get the game to load up at all. The game starts, goes to connect to the servers and gets about 2/3 through the bar and just shuts down. I have tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, uninstalling, powering down then reinstalling the app and nothing has worked.
i don't know why clicking the support notification would make a difference, or what the problem could be but it seems to be maybe some corruption on the server, maybe with my player file. Anyone else have any suggestions or ideas??
