The added elements of tech are designed to leave as many design choices to the player as possible, where item processing doesn’t happen inside a single block with funny textures, it requires a set of actors working together in many possible arrangements.

From my experience, it is the disconnect not the IRB.

I've had the same happen with plenty of time left on an IRB... and lost everything... troops, air units, tactics, Mercs and Generals... you name it.

Just a bug. Had that happen to me also. Last time I did a hard reboot and when I came back the retrain button was active again. Just like it never happened. Hope it works for you. Fight on lol

It has happened to me plenty of times with IRB and without. At least now all retrain times have been reduced makes it sting allot less.
