On the stream they mentioned Apple asked for it to be removed; but the specific reasoning is not known to us. Whether it's for reasons in our favor (e.g., ad vendors stealing our personal information thus causing privacy concerns that Apple wants fixed) or not (e.g., arguing over revenue percentages) we simply do not know.

The offers are back but they've been pretty much cut down to nothing. I don't want to take a survey or register on some website. I was ok with playing other games but I didn't do anything that required money to be spent.

Do not waste your time or data on Crown offers. Nexon has another company managing the program. This other company (ironsource) will not reward your crowns. Nexon will tell you the are not responsible for the rewards and to talk to iron source, who will reject and deny your claim.

so they will both have profited from your time and data, and neither will compensate you with the agreed pittance of crowns.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN CROWN OFFERS !

Often times, there are ostensibly “free” ones that require you to invest a LOT of time into some stupid copy of Game of War (but it’s worse than Game of War because it doesn’t have that Katie Upton or whoever they hired to advertise their terrible, pasted game). Often times, it says to upgrade some building to level X when that requires upgrading a tonne of other rubbish and a significant amount of time collecting in-game resources to do it. The game isn’t even fun, might I add, it’s the same version of the same city-building game with a medieval aesthetic and zero to differentiate it from the other versions of it apart from a different name.
