Customer service seems broken

Hey,
i contacted the customer service and got no answer since 7 days. It could be the case that the service is broken or out of order.
the in app function seems ok however maybe there is no connection to the CS (the connection implies also the will to answer ;-) )

please check this.

Oh wow! 4 hours after posting this, I got an answer 😂 only a template. But anyway, it was an answer 😂 you definitely need a community manager and please hire more for the CS.

The Domination team banned a player from our alliance unfairly and they didn't even say why they were banned, I'm Brazilian I'm using the Google translator, maybe some words are wrong, I ask for your help, there is no reason for this punishment I ask the support team to review this situation, we didn’t get her ID, because she can’t even get in the game to get the ID, her player name is Paula.

The Domination team does not even bother to answer the reason for this unfair ban, I ask you to review this is wrong.

I'm waiting for an answer since 7 days, no reaction by NEXON...

Maybe NEXON's ****ty support is fed up receiving hints and suggestions from my side which show possible improvements of the game or because I'm also pointing out negative ingame stuff regularly...I don't know.

But what I'm definitely sure about is that they move towards Pay2Win more and more and also less customer/player care.

That’s why I messaged our one and only left community moderator...TheWise this is what I meant. It’s not only me giving suggestions. There are lots of gamers unhappy with the work of the team. I tell you firmly: please rise your voice for us and go for some improvements by the team! It is so important!
