CWA Armored Car Troop Tactics have fewer AC's than Enlightenment Age ones?

So I cashed out my ruby stashes on all 3 accounts last week. Today I'm donating stronghold troops and I see that my CWA level 8 armored car cards only provide 4 units per card while my enlightenment account's level 4 ones provide 6 per card. Pretty sure I recall atomic AC cards having 7 units per. More Nexon math or an intentional, inexplicable nerf?
