Wow i must of touched a nerve with Nexon. An entire section of this conversation on 0sh, troop cards, and the marked decline in alliances was deleted. Absolutely shameful trying to hide it.

Looks like everything is still there for me. Comments on a single post get automatically nested and have to be expanded once they are past three, it only shows the three most recent by default. But expanding them brings up the whole conversation.

For atomic and up, I doubt anyone would go into war expecting to make oil nor should that be a major reason for going to war. It really depends on the matchups and who you choose to attack but most of the time I'm going up against very tough (Tough for my alliance) opponents so I am happy if I break even when war is over. Don't real care about the oil loss when it comes to war as long as we win. If it's a stronger opponent I use 4 apcs, 8 bazookas, and 5 planes which is over 7k (Times 2 in some cases) in losses should I lose them all but as long as the end result is a W than it's all good. Rubies are probably the only resource that matters to me anyway but because most of the items marco has are junk (Until the recent return of troop chest) it's never been about the war loot. The museum additional makes it a tiny bit more interesting since I can get some artifacts from war. Really it's just about going to war to win but lately I have also felt bored as well. Mainly I just start wars because I'm the only co-leader to do so and I help carry the team to victory but it gets a bit boring when it's just myself (Just became cold war) and than it's all industrial players and lower because the global/atomic players in our alliance are on vacation or upgrading airstrip so they took themselves out.

Now for our industrial players in war, they are focused on getting the rss from war because they have little oil loss (Unless they are heavy tank users) but they gain like 3-4k per which is not back at all. We also have them attacking global bases so with the oil, rubies, and 70 artifacts, it's a pleasure for them. E.A. players also get a lot of oil but there's not much need but the rubies and artifacts are good.
