The Marco Polo latest offering of a Lavish Chest is definitely not lavish. For 300 rubies I got a green jacket army, 2metal and 3 skins. Terms like Lavish and Gargantuan create an expectation to receive something extra ordinary. Please readjust the terminology to reflect what is given. Gargantuan isn't reflected in anything under say 100k!

Unless I'm mistaken, the sizes of scale are relative to one another.

Gargantuan is larger than Huge, which is bigger than Large, and greater than Medium, which in turn is bigger than Small, and certainly larger than Tiny.
Terms like Colossal or Diminutive would bookend this scale as well.

Our studio is called Big Huge Games, after all. Superlatives are in our nature.

You can always click on the chest before buying it to see what rewards you'll get. It won't tell you the proportions or chances, but when you see that you get "8 rewards" for 400 vs "3 rewards" for 300 rubies, that should give you a decent ballpark of what to expect. The troops in Lavish Chest do seem to be better than the ones in regular Troop Chest.

Personally I don't really bother with any chest that has the good stuff in purple rarity. Whatever purple rarity is, it honestly feels like a 5% drop rate or less (tell me how many times you've won a purple rarity drop in just the troop chest drops? I get one every 3 chests, if at that). What you should pay attention to in these gacha is the yellow drops and see if that is what you want out of a chest, the purple things are just an added bonus. No offense to BHG, but I don't like to partake in the gamble if I don't know my odds of getting the 'good stuff.'

It's a gamble after all. If you click on the chest you see all the possible prizes.
Try asking for your dollar back from a casino because you didn't match 5 pineapples or stars or whatever!

I know it must be hard working for a company with such terrible customer service and a bugged product is frustrating, but it is NOT the customer's fault and having attitude with the customer is NOT the way to go.

The chests are a ripoff (especially because they don't disclose odds- which is pretty sleazy), but you probably don't know how much of a ripoff 1 green jacket army, 2 metal and 3 skins are because you only play the game because it is your job.

I signed in to make this comment btw because it is not the first time you have been snide to someone. This is NOT a you vs us. Please don't make it that.

I had great hopes when you were hired @tin Soldier....
