Why did I wake up this morning to find a 15 hour delay on using my dock?

When you are in a league, a little boat comes by every 24h to give stuff to you.

Okay saw that yesterday...after it's been can I then attack others?

wow ur dumb. u cant figure out how the dock works? it simply brings u resources every 24hrs. it has nothing to do with attacking

Hello Matt! The boat simply brings you rewards. The only thing preventing you from attacking is when you have a peace treaty - if you attack while you have a peace treaty, you will lose the peace treaty. You can still choose to attack anyway. Thanks for playing!
