JeromeTT, I'm willing to help out as much as I can given that I hold a full time job and work lots of overtime.

I have coding knowledge of Javascript, PHP, ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, HTML5, CSS3, and more. I also have the full Adobe CSS6 Suite (although I really only use Photoshop).

Hello folks! I am currently working with the team to update our Wikia more, and add missing assets as well. I am glad to see there is a community interest. Thanks for the support!

I haven't checked but does the .ipa or .apk (when expanded) contain the art assets? That's how I used to build out guides by extracting the content. In that example, I also used PHP to parse the data that were in JSON format to extract all the data and render in various tables.

DomiNations seems to build build from Unity 3D or something along those lines, and it's hard to extract assets from Unity files. I have, however, managed to get program files and code. I use the files to get building information, troop information etc. and to cross check that the Wikia information matches the game files.
