DomiNations won't load!

I currently have an IPad Air 2 and it won't load DomiNations. It works on my Nexus 7 and my husbands IPad 2. When it loads up on the Air2, it says Network connection error. I have uninstalled the game, cleared the cache, rebooted the system and reinstalled. The game still does not work on my device, very frustrating. I have sent two tickets for customer support and still no resolution. I have the latest iOS running on my IPad, help me :(

I have the same problem as you...after i close and re-open the DomiNations apk...im stuck on loading screen. They have to fix "Stuck on Loading Screen after closing and Re-Opening the App."
Also, Add Global chat. It is VERY HARD TO COMMUNICATE.

I've also had this error after closing and reopening the app. My connection is working in other apps, but this one says it can't connect and then when I hit try again it gets stuck in the same spot. Please help fix this soon! I'd like to play again and recommend this game to my friends, but getting stuck on the loading screen has greatly hindered my ability to test and review this game. I do anything if it won't load! Thanks!

I'm using an iphone 5s with iOS 8.3

I also am having the same issues with the game not loading. I am using the iPhone 6 and have never had any issues with any other games including games released by Nexonm. It first started today after the maintenance was done. Please fix the issue as i have enjoyed the game so far (2 days play) and am looking forward to playing it in the future. I have installed the game on other devices and it works without any issues.

It seems to be a issue for a little while now lets hope they fix it soon.

I'm now getting a Maintenance until 12:00 notice (2 hours from current time). I guess their server must really have been offline. Maybe doing a reboot.

Been playing for weeks. Had no issues on my iPad Air other than no sound until this afternoon. Played a bit this morning and I started having the same issue. I will be be pretty disappointed if all my progress and the money I spent is suddenly lost. I am able to get on my network so I know this is not a local issue. Has anyone gotten a response on this? Has Nexonm acknowledged that there is an issue?

Have the same issue, suddenly. Been playing for about a month, and even this morning and suddenly the problem arose. Will not be happy if I lose my progress - I am in the middle of the medieval age and have spent some cash on crowns. Has anyone been offered a solution? Has nexom acknowledged that there is an issue?

Yep, same problem here. I have an iPad mini 2 and this game works fine, but on my iPhone 5s I can only get into the game about 20% of the time. This has been going on for about 2 months now and I think this is very unprofessional not to have fixed by now!

I have experienced the same problem since yesterday morning, tried to install the game again but I can't login into my account due to the loading screen freezed,no matter what device I use to do that.Ticket sent, hope they can fix this problem or it could affect even more accounts little by little,as much as the swap village issue.
