I'm sure he tried to reach developers, nexon, his boss, whoever about the feedbacks we provide them. He probably got the same answers we got. No ETA duhhhh. I'm sure he's just a middleman stuck in between angry users and oblivious boss. Nexon's definition of customer service is probably customers serving them, not the other way around.

Instead of deleting or closing our threads he can explain to us he doesnt have ETA or any new information.

any kind of feed back is better than censorship or no answer at all.

There is a huge disconnect somewhere. Either he isnt doing his job and making the devs/company aware of how upset the player base is OR the devs/company doesnt care about the player base and arent helping nb4 do his job by giving him any info to give us.

Its pretty obvious we arent being heard or are being ignored. It seems money before players is the actual mission statement for the company.

I beg to differ LordJestix. If there is a problem , he would be the least authorized person to solve it . He is just a messenger.

Some people find no response offensive , but i'd say that works because its better than an angry response. In a verbal fight/debate , people will forget the reason after some time .but they will never forget the angry emotions generated.

It works with my wife, it works for his approach towards community at some level.

I didnt say he could solve the problems, but its his job to make the dev team and company understand our frustration, thoughts, suggestions etc.

Its his job to get information from the dev team/company to relay to us.

so either he isnt doing his job properly or he is being handcuffed and not given the information to relay to us.

At any rate, ignoring us or removing our posts exacerbates the situation. It would be much better to say, "guys im really sorry but the dev team hasnt given me any updates for <issue>"

I'll weigh in here if BHG games won't give him the answers then shame on them. But to close threads and say that they are not productive just makes the company look bad

Or, possibly, the threads themselves look bad and closing them is really the best possible course of action?

I've read some of the closed threads before they were gone. Not going to say that every one was completely valueless, but there were a lot that were worth deleting. At some point, have a private chat.

I just want to point out that the first tread of this section of the forum is called: the road to better matchmaking aka sandbagging. It was posted long ago by an admin and several times NB4 answered there. Yet this road seems even worst than before. LIES were written in that post in order to calm us down. We still face sandbaggers and new problems have been added to the already broken matchmaking sistem. Not mentioning all the several times the "messenger" announced fixes or things that at the end just didn't happen. I'd agree about this post but I can't. I can't, simply because I'm a paying costumer being fooled by a company and I think whoever represents the company should answer properly to the question that costumers ask.

They weren't lies. They redefined sandbagging in a way where they could say it was fixed. Of course their new definition is not what 99% of the players would agree with.

Its silly these discussions even have to happen. No matter who's fault it is, there is a massive disconnect between BHG and their players, and its squarely on BHG. In fact, the lack of communication and blatant disregard for any community opinion is probably even more disappointing than the questionable direction the game has gone. There was once a staff of moderators here, people like IronAngel, that engaged the community daily, was very aware of what was going on in the game, you could actually tell he played the game and was in tune with it, even when people disagreed with him. They were able to communicate real information, whether we liked it or not, and seemed to genuinely want to make their customers happy and improve the game. To me, it seems those days are long gone which is a shame. And I'd agree, the problem seems to go well beyond the messenger.

I still get matched with teams with few Iron Age profiles that don't log in for ages. So yes I consider most of what's written in that tread a lie.
