Double Crown Offer not working

We are in the middle of a double crown offer event and I don't have a single offer that is double crowns even though the screens that lead to the offer all say x2.

By logic, you can't have offers of odd crowns if all crown offers are x2. About 1/3 still do that. The tediuos ones that take a week or more are still only at the 4k-5k level and not at the 8k-10k crowns level. The way the offer ticket system is setup, it is impossible to submit a ticket on this as it only lets you ask about missing crowns if none are awarded. Since they award 1/2 the crowns they are supposed to, there is no way to submit a ticket.

TinSoldier, can someone bring this up with Ironsource? I don't know how to do it. I tried submitting a ticket to Nexon CS, but they closed it and said it is a 3rd party nothing we can do. Submit a ticket to them. They gave me the instructions to submit the ticket and lo and behold, the instructions only work if no crowns are awarded and you can't submit a generic ticket on an event not working.

this whole thing is a scam. Many people never got their crowns.

And this reminds me of the difference of crowns awarded depending on the country of the player. Why an American gets like 8K-11K from a game while a European gets for the same game and same requirements only 2K? I don't understand that....

Different markets (in this case, countries) have different attributes that it seems, here make the US market and a viewer of advertisement more valuable than a viewer from Europe. The advertisement could be more expensive, or more relevant for US viewers, maybe they get into these advertised games and spend easier than European players thus Nexon gets paid more, which in turn means giving more crowns to get more completed offers, etc.

Use a VPN, America has the best offers. After you complete the offer, if you need to summit a ticket, which will be more than likely make sure you use the VPN or they will reject. I have done loads, but also I have been refused a few.

I completed my double-crown offer and only got regular crowns. I reported it to Nexon in-game customer service and they said they can’t/won’t help, gave me some links to contact a third party that don’t work and then ended the conversation. It was exactly what I expected.

what game was it? All of the smallish offers I've done have come threw except for a game called "helix jump."

Someone should start a thread where we can post all of the offers that are known to work/not work so others dont get burned.

This was the RAID game. It paid out 5500 crowns which is pretty awesome, but the offer read 11000 when I started it.

Same happened to me. I completed the RAID: Shadow Legends offer (kinda fun game actually) was supposed to be 9500 crowns but I got 4750. I don’t think it mentioned a time limit maybe I was too slow?

Don't bother to ever complete any offer. Iron source will not credit the crowns and nexon will wash their hands and say "third party, go talk to them "

it's a scam. Don't waste your time
