Elephant archer sale...guess nobody listens

Nb4powerup / TinSoldier if any proof is needed as to how OP the Elephant archers are; take a look at the current war between Viking Army and Fresh (ending ca 08:05 UTC 23rd June).
A low level 146 IA is taking down lv200 Atomic just because he uses 2 Elephant archer cards. And he does it TWICE. High ranking oponents have failed several times against these two bases and here a lv146 IA just rolls over them with Elephant Archers. These two attacks have changed the war from a certain win to a possible stalemate or even worse a loss. The attacker ID is "Cheesysmiles".

This kind of things remove all the fun.
Next war I guess we will see these elephants in the SH... Even less fun

i wholly agree. elephant archers are so OP. i just watched an IA defeat an AA with 8 elephant archers added to his army. that should tell nexon elephant archers need nerfing real bad

The big spenders would buy the troops regardless...some rely on the troops for attacking too, not all big spenders are super skilled...They would see a minimal drop in purchases if any...

The elephants archers are OP, Im in EA and they kill all my troops in second. Faceing them on WW, I can't have a stars, I prepared to face against them with 2 war elephants, 2 tanks and 2 fighters cards from last events, but they kill those troops so fast. Too OP

Think them being able toshoot through walls is the main problem. Tankiness should be their trait IMO

Like quovatis said, nexon need to adjust damage done by plane on elephant archers and yumi samurai.

They have 2400DPS and have muilti damage, they kill all my tanks and war elephants in 3 shoots. Seen not logic, and OP

Totally agree with pretty much everything in this thread. What bazooka towers were to buildings, elephant archers are to troop tactics (and yumi to a lesser extent). I'd have both their damage taken down (or the apparent mini splash damage they do) to impact both offense and defense, as well as as either lowering health or having them take damage bonus from planes like most other high health tank types. Facing them in SH is the worst, but as others have said, they are insanely OP on offense too.

Nb4powerup, our member maximus did a whole post on this, imo, yumi should b added to this list as well....An easy fix could be to apply the bonus planes get against tanks to these units as well...

Dominations used to be highly ranked in top grossing games... Now they have fallen way off. The difference is millions spending minimal amount of money to have fun to catering the game to its "whales. " If 1 million of us buy $5 worth of crowns, Nexon makes 5 million. If your top 50 alliances spend $9 on some funky ass elephants that's 50 people multiplied by 50 alliances (2500 people) times $9 each that is less than $25000... Maybe it's time to cater to the masses like you once did and stop listening to your underskilled top players that can't figure this game out without having massive advantages! Troop tactics have destroyed this game, and any person can look at the list of highest grossing games to see this game is no longer on it... Too bad, because simple math can bring this game back to greatness... Nexon, you are going about gaining massive profits all wrong and it seems you are too blind to see it! I will be sad when you discontinue support of this game... At this rate it isn't too far out!

I have not spent money on this game in months. I used to only play this game and really no other games. I would play for hours a day. Not any more. Now I only play a few times a week and generally not for more than a few minutes at a time. Now, I only ever have enough resources for the University. This used to be a really great game, not so much anymore. It's hard to just abandon the game though, it had become part of my life on a daily basis. It's kind of like watching a friend die. Really sad!

I have a photo in there showing the ranking of this game just a couple of weeks ago, not even top 200.

Then tell me how is CoC #1 money earner and has been top 3 for several years now when it has ZERO pay 2 win options. It is only pay to advance. There is nothing in that game you can buy to help with clan wars.

The sales cards are available to EVERYONE. If you choose not to, don't be angry with someone who does.
It's completely logical for a lvl146 to buy elephants to beat a lvl200, how else would they be able to win? That person is only doing what they need to do!

People complaining about low lvl players beating high lvl players because of sale cards is getting old. Lower players are only doing what they need to beat the higher players. Where's the fun for lower players battling a war they know they can't win? Of course they're going to do whatever they can!

I concur in regard to the pay to win, not for the reason that you are buthurt by getting slapped by a 146 "greek" player, I'm greek, and so I take a bit of offence to that. but simply because it is pay to win. But to complain on a public forum about it in such a manner as to say "we lost", don't be mad. Lose with honour and move on.

Marco is offering elephant archers AGAIN. What the heck!??! Of all the troops to offer, what's the probability that Marco would offer elephant archers twice by random chance? Pretty darn low. BHG knows they are overpowered as heck and knows all the pay to win alliances will buy them.

We just had a war with the strongholds filled with elephant archers. They are down right near impossible to deal with.

Marco needs to offer an Elephant Poacher army. Favorite targets are elephants, and does 1 million damage.
