Event Guadalcanal resetted after my last fight

With the event I was already at stage 4, and working my way up to the end. I already claimed the single trooper, the double tropper and the gold. Food still open.
After my last fight the event did not show stage 4 with nearly 8k defenders killed, but instead it resetted and showed stage 1 with 17 / 1000.
Since it was an insane amount of invested time during the last days, this is not funny!
I opened a ticket and added a screenshot of the new event stage and of the two flame troopers I could only have gotten when completing stage 3.
The screenshots from my IPad Air are too big for the forum, I could only add them to my ticket.

Followup: CS responded and told me to reinstall my game. I reinstalled, it did not help. My conversation with Vs was now gone, I had to open a new ticket.

I was a player about half a year ago, I now would like to play again and have the game downloaded on my Android HTC Desire 610. But as soon as the game loads and I would play on my old account, which I still have, it says 'Network Error: You may be experiencing an internet connectivity problem. Please check your connection and try again! Player ID: 4854435." But I have reset my phone, my WiFi is fine, I have perfect connection. I don't know what is wrong. But I can see my base and my town, it even says I received 6,000 gold for completing a quest for building a tower. I have screenshots of it if I need to add those. I don't know what is wrong but this happens as soon as the game loads, I can't do anything. I really enjoy this game, it's so fun and I love it, but this is horrible. I would even restart if I have to, no problem, but this is just bad. Please do something to fix this or something, I wouldn't wish this upon anyone who enjoys this game.

Waht do you mean with official support ticket? I alreayd opened a ticket in the game, as I wrote, and after reinstalling like CS told me, opened a second because the first was gone.
Is there any other way that is "the official"?

Wow this really isn't funny. Pleased I didn't bother with the event now, and instead had myself a life for the past few days. Even if it was a lonely existence.

I got a response, my event status is back to where it was before ... Just that I lost so much time that I doubt I will be able to complete it :(
On top, I got a new bug, my guild chat is totally empty. It only holds 1 line at a time, and that is only my own. If I type a second, my first is scrolled out.
I can see no other chat, and our guild is ver chatty.
I cannot get donations or send donations. Waiting for CS again ...

They aren't that great, i wish i could donate them to alliance members so they can see they arent missing much. the best part of competing the task is the extra troop space.

This is really frustrating. No chat, no donations, no war loot, no combat history in the mail box. I am playing blind and solo now, and no amswer from CS :(

CS responded after some time, all works again now, and I got some crowns as compensation for the missing loot. Thank you very much!
