Defeat "x" amount of bases to receive a limited-time Militia House.

Militia house let's you train minutemen, and also deploys them on defence instantly.

Would it be better to say 'Earn 'X' amount of stars' as opposed to defeating bases? Since earning stars = defeated bases.
I kinda like the idea of instant deployment of Minutemen.
