i'm trying to purchase starter pack 2, it keeps failed to purchase so i have tried several times,
suddenly i received a sms saying that it charged my credit card USD 59.97 (19.99 x3)
and i didnt receive crowns and extra house
why do charge me when i didnt receive anything? and starter pack 2 only can purchase 1 time.
how do i get refund?
