Fighter Damage War Hall Museum Artifact

I have not crafted or rolled any Fighter Damage War Hall Artfact in a very long time. Is it just my luck, or did something change?

I think it's just luck but it's because they added all those useless traits that matter to no one. I did get 2 weapons with fighter dmg 6% which was nice but I had used like 20K frags.

Even I must say that things are changed during last update, I managed to get a 11% fighter damage.
There are many different others, but I thing it is just bad luck,

I think they are constantly tweaking the artifacts, either for balancing or revenue generation. I haven't seen a good equipment artifact in months, and I am crafting constantly.

I think it was just a comment towards war hall artifacts but I think even getting a 11% in the normal hall wouldn’t be easy.
