follow-up re. banning

It sounds like I was indeed banned because a moderator saw tiny's misinformed complaint, and chose to act on it. It was obviously very frustrating, since I've always played fairly, and have the mediocre defenses to show for it.



I do appreciate that Nexon acted quickly to reinstate me, and they've apologized for the error and made it right. Though I do wish they had taken a bit more time to investigate the complaint before acting hastily, I also appreciate that they're trying to be responsive to issues of cheating. Better that than to simply ignore our frustrations.


So: all good, and ever forward. No one in the 1st Dynasty cheats. We just fight hard, and always will.

Its a shame that banning players happens quicker from forum posts than reporting.

so glad to hear that they apologized and made it good with you Bill, guess all our cavetching on forum really got them gung-ho on cheaters....hope this doesn't make them swing too far in the other direction......

I felt like I had to yelp pretty loudly, because it reflected not just on me but on our whole alliance. But yes, they responded well after I complained, and ultimately I'm glad they're trying to clamp down on cheating. Hopefully next time, I don't have to be in the barrel. Maybe tiny's turn....
