Seriously with troop upgrades going the length they are in industrial and global age, why on earth a second factory, why not a second armoury, to speed up the bottleneck that is present with troop/tactic/generals/aircraft upgrades.

I've seen many people pose the same question. Though it wpuld be nice to have another building to train in, Imdon't believe one will be added anytime soon. This is one way for them to encourage people to buy crowns to have upgraded troops.
