Why does that matter...in 3 days I have had no response I'm vip 14 , cheating team were being reported now you simply can't report them , the post made by the CEO TimTrain about wanting to be transparent is false , Josh is not being replaced our enhanced customer service doesn't exist now and cheating teams love it we got one right now using the server we all know because they have been caught about 12 times between Josh and Jenny before Levithian BHG_Muet what's up?? New anti mod software made.up fantasy land not a real thing just let them cheat is better and give no customer service what so ever ? Is that seriously the plan?

Yep...and after sending the email to vip...I just got the greetings leader...24 hour bs. It’s worse than the bad old days chad...didn’t think it could get any worse.
