So training blessing does work for barrack troops but no other discount does. Currently training blessing is discounting 73% off training time. What about the French perk of 20%? Microprocessor ch.3 of 10%. VIP bonus of 15%??? French should be receiving 111% off training time. That is a big difference from the 73% we are receiving
